Flyers Should include the following Information:
- Date, time and location of event
- Cost (per person) and what it includes. (Meal? patch?)
- Who to contact with questions with a phone# or email.
- Special instructions for event: (What to wear, what to bring,
etc.)
There should also be a tear-off Registration form with a request
for:
- Troop #, Leader Name, Level, Leader Contact Info; (Phone # and/or
email)
- Total registration amount owed (Number registering X cost/ea)
plus cost for any extra patches for Total Amount Owed
- Date registrations are due and who to return registration forms
to.
All flyers need to say somewhere on them:
