Step 3	Registration Form (Adult and Scout)	Girl Registration form Adult Registration form Note: This is a 2-part form. If you use this download you must make an extra copy for the registrar	Return both copies for every Scout and Adult registering with troop
Step 4	Payment by Troop Check	Registration Cost: $10.00 ea (Scouts and Adults)	Return 1 troop check w/2 signatures in registration envelope. Check is for registration fees only
Step 5	Bank Authority Form		Return (if needed) in registration envelope
